The concept stare decisis is a Latin term, which means to support the things that have already been decided, it is also termed as the doctrine of precedent (Oyen, 2017). The stare decisis is used by the court to decide any other case based on the previous ruling which is almost similar to the present case. Stare decisis is any decision which aroused out from any previously decided case, and use of such decision especially higher courts decision by the subsequent courts to decide the present matters (Oyen, 2017).
